Senior Payroll Manager
Chiene + Tait are looking for a Senior Manager to lead their payroll team. This role is based in our Edinburgh office, however their team are all currently working remotely, and this is likely to continue for the foreseeable future until the Government guidelines permit a return to the office.
Reporting directly to the Managing Partner, you will oversee the payroll service for Chiene + Tait clients, working together with a Payroll Manager and a team of 8.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to continue to deliver and develop their payroll service, in what is an exciting time for the payroll profession. Their aim is, at all times, to deliver an exceptional, high quality, payroll service whilst maintaining excellent client relationships. We continue to grow and develop the function with a focus on process improvement and efficiency, maximising their use of technology. They process payroll for approximately 300 clients across a variety of sectors with size varying from 1 employee up to 350 employees.
The successful applicant should have proven professional payroll experience, preferably within a payroll bureau at a management level.
