VISION x VALUES x EXPERIENCE = US
iMultiply was established with the sole purpose of creating a new and different type of recruitment business. And so, we sit between candidates and employers for the benefit of both.
iMULTIPLY DNA
A Different Type of Recruitment Company
Our recruitment consultancy was founded in Scotland in 2012 by our CEO, Kirsty Mackenzie. From the start, Kirsty had a clear vision with three guiding principals of what a recruitment firm could be. They are to:
- Challenge convention, continually innovate and raise standards in the recruitment industry
- Be part of the business landscape that supports the local ecosystem and community
- Bring good people together and in turn help them to grow and develop, making awesome stuff happen
We spend the time getting to know potential candidates. This means we can match them with roles that will enable them to flourish. In short, because we take every care and use our decades of experience we can find the right fit for both parties.
Likewise, we don’t just speak to people wanting to move jobs. We’re also on hand with guidance and support for professionals when a new job is not necessarily the right answer.
LIKE DISNEY SAID
Our Values
Roy Disney, older brother of Walt and the person who guided the business side of their company, once said
“It’s not hard to make decisions when you know what your values are.”
Our values aren’t just words on this website. We have taken time to define our values and they are part of everything we do. They form an integral part of our internal recruitment process, they are used as measures in our performance reviews, and we regularly celebrate and reward those who outshine. And we think that being a values-led business makes our team, and you our customers, happier.
INTEGRITY:
- To operate and communicate with transparency
- To take responsibility
- To manage expectations
INCLUSION:
- To listen with the intent to understand
- Identifying unconscious bias
- Working collaboratively
INNOVATION:
- To be curious
- To find creative or unusual solutions to a problem
- Identifying opportunity when faced with a challenge
giving something back
Our Charity Partnership

Our charity partnership with ProjectScotland means that when we successfully place a person in a role, we commit to supporting a young person. This support allows them to upskill through the charity partnership consequently providing a vital opportunity to progress their own working life.
Importantly, we must recognise that young people will be some of the worst-hit when it comes to job opportunities coming out of the COVID-19 pandemic.
To sum up, if you recruit someone through iMultiply, you’ll be directly supporting a young person progress their own career at the same time.
MORE ABOUT PROJECT SCOTLAND
ProjectScotland are a charity working across Scotland, helping young people (aged 16-30) to develop their confidence and skills through volunteering.
And their numbers speak for themselves.
- 78% of volunteers continue onto employment, education or training within six months
- 93% of volunteers feel the experience has had a long-term impact on their life
- 98% see a marked improvement in their soft skills as a result of volunteering
ProjectScotland perfectly aligns with iMultiply’s values, philosophy and ambitions. They do truly inspiring things for young people in their local communities and are committed to making a big difference.
We wanted to go beyond a traditional Charity of the Year relationship and integrate our support for the work of ProjectScotland into iMultiply’s professional service offer. And so, every time we place someone in a new role a percentage of the fee will go directly to this charity, helping them support more young people who are further away from the workplace. That means both iMultiply and our customers are directly helping young people to get on in life!
Since we started this partnership, we and our clients have supported hundreds of young people start their own career journies. That’s something I’m incredibly proud of.
it’s all about you
Our Unique Customer Satisfaction Approach
At iMultiply above all, we value employer and candidate feedback. That’s why we’ve put our money where our mouth is (literally), creating a unique business model whereby customer feedback drives consultant remuneration.
As a result, this unique way of working amplifies the rewards for both our consultants and clients. In other words, we can offer positive outcomes all round. No brainer, huh!
Our customer satisfaction score is based on survey results from employers and all interviewed candidates (you can’t improve what you don’t measure, right?).
This gives a clear reflection of our customers’ experience.
Currently, our score is:
