The Finance Manager is a key position within the senior management team, reporting to the Director of Finance. The successful candidate will be a proven business partner who is able to support the organisation to achieve significant growth and to build on its strong financial position to create further capacity in the future through the delivery of its Business Plan.
Bringing the right qualities and experience as an influencing and inspiring manager, the Finance Manager will continue to develop the Finance Team through coaching, training and building expertise to support the delivery of Blackwood’s Business Plan.
The Finance Manager position will report directly to the Finance Director and be responsible for two Management Accountants and a Financial Accountant.
Key Areas of focus will be:
Leading and Managing: Manage the finance team to support the delivery of Blackwood’s Business Plan
Financial Management: Preparation of Management information to support the performance management
Financial Planning: Participate in the development and review of strategic plans for Blackwood
Internal Controls and Audit: Ensure Blackwoods’s financial management arrangements comply fully with legal, contractual, regulatory and audit requirements
