Technology Assurance Director

About this Role

Technology Assurance Director

This is a senior leadership opportunity for an experienced Technology Risk professional who wants to build teams, develop talent and grow a national Internal IT Audit capability.

The Technology Risk practice is entering an exciting growth phase and is looking for a Director who brings energy, empathy and a growth mindset — someone motivated by creating opportunities for others as much as delivering high‑quality work.

The Role

You’ll co‑lead the Technology Risk service line, with a strong focus on people development and sustainable growth. Your role will include:

Leadership and oversight of the Internal IT Audit portfolio, including Chief Audit Executive responsibilities

Coaching and mentoring team members, supporting clear career pathways and progression

Collaborating on the growth of Technology Risk and Advisory services

Supporting business development and go‑to‑market activity across Risk Assurance

Contributing to national initiatives across People, Growth, Quality and Operations

About You

15+ years’ experience in Internal IT Audit and Technology Advisory (practice and/or industry)

A proven track record of growing teams and services, not just delivering engagements

Passionate about developing people and future leaders

Commercially aware, collaborative and values‑driven

Known for a people‑first leadership style

Why This Role?

Real influence over strategy and service direction

Visible leadership role with long‑term career progression

Opportunity to build a legacy through people, culture and growth

A collaborative environment that values learning and ambition
