  • Driving improvements to overall profitability through smart use of technology, pricing and efficient resource allocation
  • Managing transfer pricing engagements from business development through to final delivery
  • Coaching, developing and up-skilling junior team members to support their progression
  • Leading multi‑jurisdictional documentation projects and ensuring accurate, well‑supported deliverables

What we are looking for

You will be a confident transfer pricing specialist with strong technical and client‑facing experience. The firm is looking for candidates who demonstrate:

Experience preparing, reviewing and delivering:
  • Transfer Pricing policy design and planning.
  • Multi‑jurisdictional documentation.
  • Transfer Pricing controversy work (APAs, MAPs).
  • Thin capitalisation projects (ideal but not essential).

Beyond the technical aspects:
  • A proven track record of managing and leading high‑performing teams.
  • Strong relationship‑building skills with senior stakeholders.
  • Excellent people management, coaching and communication abilities.

iMultiply is committed to diversity and will promote diversity for all employees, workers and applicants. iMultiply will treat everyone equally and will not discriminate on the grounds of an individual's 'protected characteristic’. If you like the look of this vacancy and think you could perform the role, but, you don't think you meet all the requirements, please DO APPLY for this opportunity. Data shows that certain groups, mainly women and people from Black and Minority communities, are less likely to apply for jobs where they don't meet 100% of role requirements. iMultiply would encourage you to apply for roles where there is room for development and growth.
