THE ROLE

An exciting role that combines core finance responsibilities with opportunities to shape decisions and drive improvements. You will work closely with stakeholders and play a key role in delivering accurate financial insights.

• Prepare and review financial reports, analysis, and budgets
• Support month-end and year-end processes
• Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards
• Partner with non-finance teams to drive performance
• Identify and implement process improvements

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

The successful candidate will bring technical expertise, a proactive approach, and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

Mandatory

• Strong experience in financial reporting and analysis
• Knowledge of accounting standards such as IFRS or UK GAAP
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency in using accounting software or ERP systems

Preferred

• Professional qualification such as ACCA, ACA, or CIMA
• Experience in business partnering
• History of identifying and executing process optimisations
• Exposure to budgeting and forecasting
