iMultiply are supporting a well-respected charitable organisation in their search for an Accounts Payable Assistant to join their finance team on a permanent basis.

The Role
The Accounts Payable Assistant will be responsible for managing supplier invoices and ensuring accurate and timely payments. This is a hands-on role within a small, supportive finance team, suited to someone organised and detail-oriented who enjoys working in a purpose-driven environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Processing supplier invoices and matching to purchase orders
- Managing payment runs and resolving supplier queries
- Assisting with bank reconciliations and maintaining accurate records
- Supporting month-end processes and reporting
- Ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures
The Ideal Candidate
- Previous experience in accounts payable or a similar finance role
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills for liaising with suppliers and internal teams
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and finance systems
- Comfortable working in a fully office-based role
