  • Act as the primary client contact during audits, maintaining strong and clear communication.
  • Supervise and mentor junior team members, reviewing work and offering constructive feedback.
  • Prepare budgets, monitor progress, and address variances to ensure efficient project delivery.
  • Oversee billing activities and ensure engagements remain within budget.
  • Ensure full compliance with auditing and accounting standards.
  • Contribute to a positive, collaborative team environment.
  • Work closely with Directors to align on team objectives and ensure consistent service delivery.
  • Support administrative and ad hoc tasks to keep assignments running smoothly.
Expertise
  • Qualified Accountant (ACCA, CA or equivalent).
  • Strong background in audit and accounts, with solid knowledge of regulatory and quality standards.
  • Understanding of risk awareness and effective audit controls.
  • Excellent client‑facing skills with the ability to build strong working relationships.
  • Experience supporting and developing junior colleagues.
  • Up‑to‑date knowledge of accounting and auditing standards (e.g., FRS, IFRS).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify issues and propose practical solutions.
