Stramash Outdoor Nurseries is recognised as Scotland’s largest provider of immersive early years childcare, delivering the magic of nature-based education through strong relationships and enriching outdoor environments. We are seeking new board members committed to our ethos and ready to strengthen our governance.
What We Are Looking For:
Successful candidates must align deeply with the Stramash ethos and possess proven governance experience.
Essential Governance Focus:
Trust/Charity/Corporate Governance: Significant experience in organisational governance, strategy, and compliance.
Highly Desirable Experience (Though Not Essential):
We value diverse skills and encourage applications from all backgrounds. However, we especially welcome professional expertise in:
Understanding of the Outdoor/Childcare Sector:
We actively seek candidates from diverse backgrounds to ensure a broad range of perspectives contribute to our governance.
