Shehla’s Journey
Starting Fresh at Altia Solutions
Shehla’s journey with iMultiply began in 2017 when she was exploring fresh career opportunities. After being introduced to Altia Solutions for an interview, our team stepped in to provide tailored support- helping her prepare and staying connected throughout the process. Thanks to her hard work and our guidance, Shehla landed an exciting role as an Accountant, marking the start of a successful new chapter in her career.
For over eight years, she progressed within the company, becoming a qualified accountant and earning multiple promotions at Altia Solutions. By 2025, she had advanced to the role of Commercial Finance Manager.
From Candidate to Hiring Manager
In her role as Commercial Finance Manager at Altia Solutions, Shehla was tasked with growing her finance team. Drawing on her positive experience as a candidate, she chose to collaborate with iMultiply again-this time as a hiring manager.
Between 2022 and 2025, our recruitment consultants supported Shehla in hiring a Finance Assistant and a Management Accountant for Altia Solutions. Shehla was kept fully informed throughout the recruitment process, and both hires successfully completed their probation periods and thrived in their roles.

A New Chapter: Beatson Cancer Charity
Earlier this year, Shehla met with Stuart from iMultiply for a coffee. Although she wasn’t actively job hunting, she expressed interest in transitioning to the third sector. This is a normal practice at iMultiply, as we pride ourselves on staying in touch with our candidates.
While no suitable roles were available at the time, Stuart recognised her potential and kept her in mind. True to his word, he reached out when an opportunity arose at Beatson Cancer Charity.
Throughout the recruitment process, Stuart provided dedicated and continuous support. The interview was a great success, and within just three weeks, Shehla had secured her new role.
