Interim PQ Management Accountant – Glasgow, Hybrid
Salary: £35,000 per annum
Contract: Full-time, 9-month contract

A well-established and respected charity based in Glasgow is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Part Qualified Management Accountant to join their finance team on a 9-month contract basis. Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare monthly management accounts including income & expenditure, balance sheet, and cash flow statements.
- Conduct variance analysis and produce fundraising reports.
- Support budgeting and reforecasting processes across departments.
- Reconcile income streams and liaise with internal teams to ensure accuracy.
- Assist with financial aspects of events, including invoice processing and cash handling.
- Maintain internal controls and contribute to finance process improvements.
- Provide financial insight to non-financial stakeholders and support compliance with charity accounting standards.
- Part-qualified accountant or equivalent experience.
- Strong management accounting background with advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- Experience in the charity sector or a strong interest in working within it.
- Familiarity with financial systems (e.g., Sage50) and CRM tools is desirable.
