A leading advisory firm is looking for a talented and people-focused Insolvency Senior to join its growing restructuring and insolvency team. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with experienced managers and directors, take ownership of varied cases, and support clients through some of their most challenging moments.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse caseload of corporate and personal insolvency assignments, including CVLs, MVLs, Administrations, and Bankruptcies.
• Oversee the day-to-day progress of cases, ensuring statutory compliance and high-quality delivery from start to closure.
• Communicate with creditors, directors, and stakeholders with clarity and professionalism.
• Draft reports, maintain case records, and support with regulatory documentation.
• Mentor and support junior team members, providing guidance and feedback.
• Contribute ideas for improving processes and client experience.

What They’re Looking For

The successful candidate will:

• Have a solid background in corporate insolvency (personal insolvency experience is a plus).
• Ideally hold, or be working towards, the CPI qualification.
• Be organised, detail-focused, and comfortable managing multiple cases.
• Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues at all levels.
• Be a proactive team player who’s keen to grow within the firm.
