We are seeking an experienced and driven Business Development Manager to spearhead the growth of our Glasgow business. This is a pivotal role for someone passionate about building relationships, winning new business, and nurturing long-term partnerships within the Accountancy & Finance sector.Key Responsibilities
- Identify & Win New Business: Proactively research, target, and secure new clients within the Accountancy & Finance market, focusing on SMEs and mid-market companies.
- Relationship Building: Network and engage with key decision-makers (CFOs, Finance Directors, Financial Controllers) to understand their recruitment needs and position iMultiply as their trusted partner.
- Brand Promotion: Champion iMultiply’s brand and values through networking events, social selling, and thought leadership within the finance community.
- Customer Growth: Nurture, develop, and expand relationships with existing customers by delivering a market-leading service and identifying opportunities for further collaboration.
- Collaboration: Work closely with our resourcing team to ensure client requirements are fully understood and consistently met, ensuring a seamless recruitment process.
- Market Insight: Stay up to date with market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to inform business development strategy.
About You
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrable experience in business development, ideally within recruitment, professional services, or a related B2B environment.
- Relationship Builder: Skilled at winning new business and nurturing existing accounts, with a consultative and customer-focused approach.
- Networker: Confident in engaging with senior finance professionals and building a strong presence in the Glasgow business community.
- Brand Ambassador: Passionate about representing iMultiply’s values and delivering an exceptional client experience.
- Collaborative: Enjoys working as part of a team and partnering with colleagues to achieve shared goals.
- Results-Oriented: Motivated by targets, with a drive to exceed expectations and contribute to the growth of the business.
