iMultiply are supporting a leading professional services firm in their search for a Billing Assistant to join their finance team on a permanent basis.

The Role
This Billing Assistant role is focused on supporting accurate and timely client invoicing within a busy finance team. You’ll be responsible for processing invoices, handling billing queries, and ensuring compliance with VAT and internal procedures.
As a Billing Assistant, you will be required, but not restricted, to the following tasks:
- Processing client invoices and credit notes
- Managing queries in central billing and e-billing inboxes
- Ensuring VAT regulations and compliance procedures are followed
- Handling rate amendments, WIP revaluations, and invoice amendments
- Preparing reports and bills for specific client or firm requirements
- Supporting WIP transfers, write-offs, and billing group maintenance
- Assisting with e-billing reconciliations, accruals, and electronic invoice submissions
- Providing status updates on matters and invoices
- Undertaking ad hoc duties as required
The Ideal Candidate
You’ll be a detail-oriented and proactive finance professional with strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Strong team player with excellent communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Able to meet deadlines and manage competing priorities
- Legal or professional services background desirable but not essential
