The Role
As a Accounts Senior you will play a key role in delivering high-quality financial reporting and support for a diverse portfolio of clients across multiple sectors. This is a hands-on, client-facing role offering real variety and the chance to build strong professional relationships.
Key Responsibilities

Prepare annual accounts for limited companies, LLPs, and partnerships

Prepare and carry out independent examinations for larger charities and trusts

Visit client premises where required to deliver on-site support

Build and maintain confident, professional relationships with clients
-
Respond to client enquiries promptly, escalating when necessary

Support, coach and guide junior team members as part of your day-to-day responsibilities
About You
We’re looking for someone who brings strong technical expertise and enjoys working in a collaborative, people-centric environment.
You will ideally have:

ACCA/CA qualification (essential)
-
Strong accounts preparation experience within professional practice

Excellent numerical and analytical skills
-
Confident use of cloud accounting tools such as Xero and Sage
-
Ability to build strong rapport with clients and colleagues at all levels
-
Commercial awareness and a client-focused approach
-
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines
-
Commitment to CPD and keeping technical knowledge up to date
-
Experience with accounts production software (desirable)
-
A proactive approach and ownership mindset
