THE ROLE

This role provides a great opportunity to take ownership of key finance functions and contribute significantly to strategic decision-making. You will be part of a high-performing team focused on driving business success.

• Prepare, review, and analyse financial reports
• Contribute to budgeting and forecasting processes
• Ensure compliance with relevant reporting standards
• Support the month-end and year-end close processes
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the business

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

We are looking for a finance professional who can bring strong technical expertise and a proactive approach to the role. You will need to be comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.

Mandatory

• Relevant qualifications such as ACA, ACCA, or CIMA
• Experience in preparing financial reports and analyses
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards like IFRS or UK GAAP
• Proficiency in Excel and financial systems
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Preferred

• Exposure to ERP systems
• Experience in stakeholder management or business partnering
• Knowledge of regulatory controls such as SOX
• Familiarity with budgeting and forecasting tools
• Previous experience in a fast-paced or growth environment
