Finance Analyst – 12-month FTC

This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified accountant who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys combining strong technical accounting expertise with process improvement and diverse stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities
We're looking for a qualified accountant (ICAS, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with strong financial control and reporting experience gained within a large, complex environment. You'll bring solid technical accounting knowledge, strong Excel and ERP skills, alongside the ability to engage and challenge stakeholders effectively.

Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of core financial reporting and control activities across a designated area of the business.
- Deliver accurate and insightful financial analysis to support decision-making.
- Ensure robust governance, compliance and audit readiness.
- Partner with internal teams and stakeholders to resolve issues and improve financial processes.
- Review and challenge financial information produced by wider finance teams.
- Support and mentor junior colleagues where required.
- Drive process improvement, automation and operational efficiencies.
- Contribute to business change, systems enhancement and transformation initiatives.
