You will work closely with colleagues and clients, assisting in transaction due diligence, valuation, and project management. In this role you will play a key part in supporting transaction activity and financial analysis projects. - Jump into buy‑side and sell‑side due diligence, digging into the numbers to uncover key insights.
- Help bring marketing materials, deal decks, and financial models to life.
- Tackle large datasets head‑on to deliver sharp financial and commercial analysis.
- Connect with clients, advisors, and other teams to gather the info needed to keep deals moving.
- Play an active role in steering transactions, supporting smooth project flow and negotiation moments.
- Drive business development by powering up pitches and keeping the opportunity pipeline buzzing.
