THE ROLE

- Contribute to month-end and year-end closing processes
- Manage financial reporting and analysis tasks
- Collaborate with various stakeholders across the business
- Develop insights to support decision-making
- Participate in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
The best candidate will have strong technical and analytical skills paired with effective communication abilities and a proactive approach to continuous improvement.
Mandatory
- Relevant finance or accountancy qualifications (e.g., ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent)
- Experience in management accounts and month-end closures
- Proficiency in ERP systems and financial tools
- Strong financial analysis and reporting skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders
Preferred
- Experience in process improvement
- Knowledge of IFRS or UK GAAP standards
- Familiarity with Power BI or advanced Excel functionalities
- Exposure to multi-entity organisations
