Corporate Tax Manager - Transactions

About this Role

Join a growing Transaction Advisory Services (TAS) Tax team, delivering the full spectrum of tax services to private equity and corporate clients across funds, deals, and portfolio companies—both in the UK and internationally.

You’ll work on transactions ranging from a few million to over a billion, across sectors including technology, gaming, healthcare, retail, travel, and more. From early deal structuring and due diligence to completion and post-deal advice, you’ll be involved in every stage of the transaction lifecycle.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead buy-side and sell-side tax due diligence and structuring advice.

  • Present findings to clients, legal advisers, and target management teams.

  • Collaborate with Financial Due Diligence and SPA Advisory teams.

  • Manage project budgets, billing, and timelines.

  • Build strong relationships with private equity, corporates, and intermediaries.

  • Mentor and develop junior team members.

What we’re looking for:

  • Qualified accountant or tax adviser (ACA, CA, CTA, ADIT, or equivalent).

  • Solid UK tax knowledge; M&A tax experience preferred.

  • Strong client relationship and project management skills.

  • Confident communicator with excellent technical tax expertise.

  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.

What’s on offer:

  • Flexible working arrangements (reduced hours/job share considered).

  • Diverse, high-profile work in a collaborative and supportive team.

  • Significant opportunities for career growth in a fast-expanding practice.

iMultiply is committed to diversity and will promote diversity for all employees, workers and applicants. iMultiply will treat everyone equally and will not discriminate on the grounds of an individual's 'protected characteristic’. If you like the look of this vacancy and think you could perform the role, but, you don't think you meet all the requirements, please DO APPLY for this opportunity.
Data shows that certain groups, mainly women and people from Black and Minority communities, are less likely to apply for jobs where they don't meet 100% of role requirements. iMultiply would encourage you to apply for roles where there is room for development and growth."
