The role

As an Insolvency Administrator, you’ll provide key support across a range of corporate insolvency processes. This is a varied and interesting role, ideal for someone with strong admin skills and a desire to develop a career in a professional services environment.

What you’ll be doing

  • Supporting the wider insolvency team with day-to-day administrative tasks
  • Handling creditor claims and responding to related enquiries
  • Assisting with employee communications, claims, and liaising with the RPS and pension providers
  • Communicating with banks to obtain balances and account information
  • Assisting with the recovery of assets, including book debts and funds
  • Preparing and submitting required documentation to HMRC
  • Answering telephone queries and providing a high level of client service

About you

  • You have experience in a similar administrative or professional office-based role
  • You’re organised, detail-focused, and able to manage your workload effectively
  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • You’re comfortable using IT tools such as MS Office and document management systems
  • Experience with IPS Cloud is a bonus, but training will be provided
  • You’re proactive, adaptable, and enjoy working as part of a team
