The role
As an Insolvency Administrator, you’ll provide key support across a range of corporate insolvency processes. This is a varied and interesting role, ideal for someone with strong admin skills and a desire to develop a career in a professional services environment.
What you’ll be doing
- Supporting the wider insolvency team with day-to-day administrative tasks
- Handling creditor claims and responding to related enquiries
- Assisting with employee communications, claims, and liaising with the RPS and pension providers
- Communicating with banks to obtain balances and account information
- Assisting with the recovery of assets, including book debts and funds
- Preparing and submitting required documentation to HMRC
- Answering telephone queries and providing a high level of client service
About you
- You have experience in a similar administrative or professional office-based role
- You’re organised, detail-focused, and able to manage your workload effectively
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- You’re comfortable using IT tools such as MS Office and document management systems
- Experience with IPS Cloud is a bonus, but training will be provided
- You’re proactive, adaptable, and enjoy working as part of a team
