If you follow us on LinkedIn, you might have spotted that we look a little different lately. That’s because we’re officially introducing the iMultiply Group.
This isn’t a rebrand, because iMultiply is still the same iMultiply many of you know and trust. And new recruits and talent solutions for a businesses across Scotland and further afield is still at the heart of what we do.
What has been changing over the past couple of years is the breadth of this ‘assistance’ we provide finance professionals – and so we thought it was time that was reflected in our name and structure.
What has been happening?
Since 2012, we’ve worked alongside finance leaders as a specialist finance recruitment business. Over the last few years, those conversations have really shifted.
More often, they start with a business need rather than a vacancy. A finance leader might need a permanent hire, but they might just as easily need senior experience for a few days a month, a faster way to reach the right people, help working out what AI means for their team, or an introduction to someone who can solve a problem we can’t. (And anyone reading this will probably know only too well just how many ‘problems’ land on the desk of the Finance team!)
As these conversations have developed, in an effort to help we have built new services to meet those needs – many of which you may already be aware of (e.g. FIN). Each service is a little different, but the people we serve are the same, and the need underneath is often the same too: access to the right people, expertise and support at the right time.

FIN (Finance Innovation Now) helps finance professionals and organisations understand and apply AI, automation and emerging technology. It’s practical, finance-specific, and grounded in real use cases rather than hype.
Our wider network means that when the answer sits outside what we do, we’ll introduce you to trusted specialists and advisors who can help. The aim is to find the right answer, not to sell you a particular service.
Are we still a recruitment business?

What’s new is that recruitment is no longer the only way we can help.
What hasn’t changed
How we work. We listen before we recommend. We take the time to understand the need before proposing a solution. And we challenge convention where there’s a better answer to be found.
