iMultiply are awarded Silver LGBT Charter

We are over the moon to announce that earlier this year iMultiply were awarded the Silver LGBT Charter.

Jane Griffin, Head of Partnerships, LGBT Youth Scotland said of working with iMultiply:

“We were delighted to award iMultiply our Silver LGBT Charter. The team’s enthusiasm to make sure they are inclusive and that they share their knowledge and best practice with clients and partners was inspiring. It was an absolute pleasure to work with iMultiply and we look forward to following them as they continue to drive good practice in diversity and inclusion across the recruitment sector.”

The Silver LGBT Charter is something we have been pursuing since the beginning of 2019, in order to demonstrate our ongoing commitment to inclusion and diversity, and in particular, our desire to ensure that iMultiply is welcoming of all LGBTQIA people. Part of the Charter requires employees to demonstrate that staff have undertaken LGBT awareness training and that policies, practice and resources have been reviewed to ensure they are as inclusive as possible.

On the announcement of the award Managing Director, Kris Flanagan said:

“Unfortunately prejudice and discrimination still exist in today’s world. We know that we can’t fix that, but at iMultiply we are committed to educating ourselves and to being active participants in the conversation to find solutions. Achieving the LGBT Charter is part of this commitment, but only the start.”
