Instead of relying on job adverts and inbound applications, you gain visibility of people who fit the role and have already decided whether they are open to it.
This gives you a clearer, more controlled starting point when hiring, and opens you up to a wealth of individuals who are not currently looking for a new job…but for whom you could be the perfect next step.

Why did iMultiply create iMPACT?
At iMultiply, we recognise that a full recruitment process is not always the right approach for every role, or every business. In many cases, employers will look to advertise a role directly and manage the process themselves, and we understand that.
But we also know that this approach often relies on who chooses to apply, rather than who is actually right for the role. So we created iMPACT to offer an alternative, which brings together our unique database of the best finance talent across Scotland, with our own bespoke AI-powered matching engine.
iMPACT help employers access relevant finance professionals through our network, without the time, cost, or commitment of a full recruitment engagement.
It also reflects how we work as a business. We are passionate about helping organisations find the right people for their specific opportunity, not simply filling roles or generating volume.

What is iMPACT?
iMPACT provides a self-service candidate search, match and outreach service for employers hiring Accountancy & Finance roles in Scotland. It searches and matches candidates from our existing candidate network before you decide whether to pay for Outreach. iMPACT is provided by iMultiply Resourcing Ltd.
What is iMPACT not?
iMPACT is not an end-to-end recruitment service.
- It does not replace your hiring process.
- It does not make hiring decisions for you.
- It does not schedule interviews, manage offers, or guarantee a hire.
You remain responsible for deciding who to interview, how to assess candidates, and who to hire.
How is AI used within iMPACT?
iMPACT uses AI to support matching, summarising and workflow efficiency. AI does not make hiring decisions. People remain involved in the process, including employer decision-making and internal review points.
When iMPACT is a good fit?
iMPACT is best suited to:
- Accountancy & Finance roles,
- roles based in Scotland,
- roles positioned up to £60,000 salary,
- employers who want a faster, lower-friction way to assess relevant candidate interest,
- roles where a matched shortlist from an existing candidate network may be useful.
When should you contact us first?
Please contact us before submitting a role if:
- the role is fully remote,
- the salary is materially above £60,000,
- the role is outside Accountancy & Finance,
- the role is outside Scotland,
- the role is confidential or highly sensitive,
- you need high-touch consultant support from the start.
Some important expectations
iMPACT can help you identify relevant candidates and test candidate interest quickly.
It cannot guarantee:
- that matches will be available,
- that candidates will respond,
- that candidates will be suitable for interview,
- that a hire will be made.
The value of iMPACT is speed, structure and visibility. It gives you a clearer view of relevant candidate availability and interest, while keeping final hiring decisions with you.
What do you get for free?
You can create a job and use Search & Match for free. Search & Match checks your role against existing candidate data and returns a matched shortlist when suitable candidates are found. At this stage, you can review:
- anonymised candidate references,
- short matching notes,
- the number of matched candidates.
You do not pay to view your matched shortlist.
What happens after you have paid?
If you like the matches provided at the ‘, you can choose to Initiate Outreach. Outreach costs £949 + VAT.
You can pay by card or choose invoice payment in the portal. If invoice payment is selected, the invoice is generated automatically. Outreach starts only after payment is confirmed.
What does Outreach include?
During Outreach, iMPACT shares your role with the matched candidates and asks whether they are interested. Candidates have 14 calendar days to respond. When a candidate confirms interest, you will be able to see:
- candidate name,
- CV,
- matching information
- the option to select whether you would like to interview the candidate or not.
Candidate email and mobile number are only shown after you click to progress the candidate to interview. If you reject the interested candidate, we will notify them on your behalf. Matched candidates who reject your vacancy will be given the opportunity to share their reason which we will make visible also.
What is your access window?
You have 28 calendar days of access to your from the relevant service start point (Search & Match or Outreach, whichever is later). You will receive a warning before access expires.
After the access window ends, all details are removed from the portal.
What does success look like?
Two or more interested candidates is treated as a successful Outreach outcome. If your role receives 0 or 1 interested candidates, the outcome is treated as Low Interest Received.
iMPACT monitors response levels. If your role appears to be underperforming during the 14-day Outreach window, or ends with Low Interest Received, we may contact you to review the role and discuss sensible next steps.
