Finance Manager

 

The Role of Finance Manager has come about due to an internal restructure and will report directly to the Managing Director, the role will ultimately be responsible for the day to day running of the finance function as well as supporting other business operations.

This is a pivotal role in the organisation as you will be responsible for providing detailed, accurate and insightful financial information on the performance of the group business units. The role will best suit someone who is an experienced Finance Manager currently working in the industry. The successful candidate will need to be flexible and enjoy working in a fast-moving and fast-changing environment as the business continues to develop.

 

 

The successful candidate will look after a team of 4 and be responsible for the preparation of management accounts and statutory accounting information to investor deadlines.  As a senior member of the team, they will support the achievement of key business objectives by ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of all financial reporting as well and maintaining and improving all key financial processes.

The Finance Manager position is a challenging role best suited to an individual who has a proven track record and drive to succeed. The ideal candidate will also have excellent communication, organisational and IT skills and be able to demonstrate initiative and a can-do approach to all aspects of the role. To be successful in this position, you must thrive on challenges and enjoy working in a busy, dynamic environment.
