Our mission is to empower people to confidently manage medical emergencies, anywhere, with next generation technology that reduces risk and supports better casualty outcomes.

Our end users all have the SAME problem. They are first aid trained, tasked, on behalf of their organisation to support an unwell passenger until professional medical care can be reached. The business has already raised over £3.2M of funding to date, with their most recent investment led by Business Growth Fund (BGF) and supported by Boeing Horizon X Global Ventures. Aiber has won multiple company and R&D awards including Excellence in Research & Development from the Scottish Council for Development and Industry (SCDI) and Scotland’s largest entrepreneurial competition, Scottish EDGE. The Company is based in two locations: Inverness and central Edinburgh, where this role will be based. We are an energetic team with solid core values.

Part-Time Finance and Administration Assistant

The Part – Time Finance and Administration Assistant is a newly created role reporting directly to the CFO. The ideal applicant will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the transactional finance function, supporting the next stage of our Company growth. You will need to be flexible, pro-active and enjoy working in a fast-moving environment.

This is an integral position in the organisation and will require someone to be organised, with good attention to detail and a high level of numerical accuracy with previous accounting / book keeping experience. This role is best suited to a team player, willing to lend a hand with all aspects of the business. The role is best suited to candidates who are looking for a part-time opportunity over 3 days per week.
