About Richard
Originally from Motherwell (and a life-long Motherwell F.C supporter), Richard is a devoted family man who lives with his wife, son, and daughter. Outside of work, he’s passionate about football coaching—though he’s currently taking a short break after a broken humerus (note to self: never play-fight with your 18-year-old!).
The Beginning
Richard’s journey with iMultiply began nearly five years ago. He first explored joining the team in 2020, but plans were delayed due to COVID. By the following year, Richard officially came on board to grow our interim business—a move that marked the start of an exciting chapter.
Building the Interim Division
In 2021, Richard stepped into the role of Head of Interim, bringing years of recruitment experience and a fresh perspective. Since then, he’s played a pivotal role in shaping our approach, driving significant growth in interim placements, and redefining how we partner with clients and candidates.
